Flying 2 Up in a Different Style

Master WPPGA pilot Dell Schanze recently had some fun on his Eris 4 comp glider soaring the grassy dunes of a California beach. The winds were perfect for tandems but not the kind you usually think of… And no not that kind either! Dell and his son Jordan went and soared the dunes in what has to be one very awesome father-son experience. Jordan got picked up from behind and took to the sky with his father soaring back and forth, occasionally acting as his dad’s landing gear! Thanks for sharing this totally awesome moment with us!

Stability Of a Reflex Glider VS Certified Beginner Glider

Shane and I had a paragliding kiting war against one another with him on the Nucleon and me on the k2. As you can tell from the video, the k2 stayed pressurized way better than the nucleon. The Sky Paragliders Cima k2 can fly slower and faster than the nucleon while still keeping its certified rating. The dudek nucleon becomes uncertified the second the trimmers are released. Think about that before you purchase your next wing. Fly a k2!

Don’t Choose The Wrong PPG gear

The Dudek Hadron is an uncertified race glider designed for slalom type events. Its not safe for your average pilot and should not be flown by such individuals. If you’re going to fly a glider like this, do not use a paramotor with little to no crumple zone like the nirvana filmed in the video above.
